Thank you for your choosing Pawsitively Purrfect, requests will take one (1) business day to review, process, and receive initial contact, with the except of Holidays or submissions on Sundays. Once your request is reviewed and processed one of our team members will be in touch with you to discuss your request.

In the event your requested appointment time and/or date are available, Pawsitively Purrfect will automatically book the appointment, but require confirmation via your selected preferred contact. If no confirmation is received (voicemail, email, or direct contact) within 48hours of initial contact, your appointment will be cancelled.

Pawsitively Purrfect does offer recurring appointments to avoid any interruption to your pet’s normal grooming schedule through busy times, just call or ask at your next service about getting on a set recurring schedule.
