As the face of Pawsitively Purrfect, our receptionist is to serve all Pet Parents with respect, compassion, and integrity. Always striving to provide the highest quality of Customer service, while assisting other Team Members with any position related inquiries. This position is to live by our Golden Rule:
The receptionist will manage the reception area, retail area, answer all telephone calls, meet & greet all Customers in a professional and courteous manner, perform daily cleaning duties, help customers it retail inquiries, and provide administrative assistance when requested.
Job Type: Full-time & Part-time
Work Days: Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday
Work Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm

BATHER the Facilitator of Fluff
As the foundation of any good grooming service starts with the bath, our bather are respoonsbile for providing every pet with a high-quality bath with extreme attention to detail. They must have respect, integrity, and pride in what they do and always strive to provide the highest quality of service for every pet, every time, no excuses. This position must live by our Golden Rule:
The bather will manage the bathing area, bath rooms, kennel room, workflow of dogs, perform all add-on services, perform entire bathing service from start to finish, perform all walk in services (not requiring a groomer), and assist groomers when requested.
Groomer Shaggy to Chic Specialist
Salon • Nashville
As the final stop in the grooming process, our groomers are to provide every pet parent with the highest quality styling in accordance with their preferences. Groomers must have patients, integrity, and take pride in every groom they do while always striving to go the extra yard for every pet even when it may be difficult. This position must live by our Golden Rule:
The groomer will manage their personal work areas, help manage workflow, and perform all grooming to pet parents preferences and satisfaction. Also in the event we have no bather scheduled or employed, the groomer will become responsible for all the bather’s responsibilities as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 40% w/bather + tips or 50% w/o bather + tips
Work Days: Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday-Saturday
Work Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm
